History
      Abrams Airborne Manufacturing Inc. was founded in 1965 in Tucson, Arizona by Harold L. "Bud" Abrams.  The company is owned and managed by first, second and third generation family members.
 
      Abrams Airborne Mfg. has supported the aerospace and electronics industry since 1965, specializing in precision sheetmetal fabrication, CNC machining, aluminum dip brazing, and other related processes. Abrams precision manufactured products orbit the planet on International Space Station Alpha, communication satellites and space shuttles. We have components and antennas on naval ships, tanks,  military and civilian aircraft, and we also manufacture commercial computer housings, chassis, panels for the electronics industry and products for the medical field. The company offers full CAD/CAM design capability and electronic transfer of customer drawings and is a single source supplier for many products.
 
      Abrams Airborne Mfg. has received many awards over the past years, including the first "Family Business of the Year" award in Arizona in 1991, "Excellence for Protection of Wastewater", "Small Business Contractor of the Year" and  "Certified Supplier" awards from many customers. We received the "Employer of the Year 2000" award from the Beacon Foundation, a labor pool of developmentally disabled persons.
 
      We fulfill our commitment to the community by sponsoring many individual, school and company sports activities, support student scholarships, and hire and train young people in industrial skills.
 
      Abrams Airborne Mfg. has a solid reputation for maintaining high quality standards and competitive pricing. We strive to exceed the expectations of our customers, a philosophy which will continue as one of our basic operating principles.
